WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOANS OR FINANCIAL CREDIT DIRECTLY.** We act solely as an intermediary and consultant to facilitate the connection between you and external Lenders. The final decision, terms, interest rate, and disbursement of any loan are the sole responsibility of the chosen Lender.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes related to agricultural activities.

Agri Takel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. **Specifically, Agri Takel is not responsible for the approval, rejection, delay, or terms of any loan application, as these decisions are made independently by the third-party Lenders.**

By using our consultation service, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the performance or conduct of any third-party Lender.
